子宫内膜异位症患者术前生育指数评分预测模型及其预测效果研究

Prediction model of preoperative endometriosis fertility index score and its prediction effect

目的探讨子宫内膜异位症(endometriosis,EM)患者术前生育指数评分(endometriosis fertility index,EFI)预测模型的可行性及预测效果。方法选取2016年7月至2019年6月于北京协和医院妇科内分泌生殖中心,因不孕症首次行宫腹腔镜手术的444例患者,分别进行术前EFI预测及术后评分,并评价其预测效果。结果统计分析结果显示,术前预测EFI值与术后EFI得分的数值符合率为0.910,临床符合率为0.856。结论EM患者术前EFI预测模型的一致性较好,使术后EFI评分转化为潜在的术前分诊系统具有可行性。

Objective To explore the feasibility and predictive effect of preoperative endometriosis fertility index(EFI)model in patients with endometriosis.Methods A total of 444 patients with infertility who underwent laparoscopic surgery for the first time in the Gynecological Endocrine and Reproductive Center of Peking Union Medical College Hospital from July 2016 to June 2019 were selected.The preoperative and postoperative EFI were scored,and the predictive effect was evaluated.Results The statistical analysis results showed that the coincidence rate between the preoperative predicted EFI and the postoperative EFI was 0.910,and the clinical coincidence rate was 0.856.Conclusion The consistency of the predictive EFI model is pretty good,which makes it feasible to transform the postoperative EFI score into a potential preoperative triage system.
