IL-17A对人子宫内膜异位症在位内膜细胞增殖的影响

The effects of IL-17A on the proliferation of endometriosis eutopic endometrial cells

目的探讨IL-17A对人子宫内膜异位症在位内膜细胞增殖的影响。方法免疫细胞化学方法检测IL-17A受体在正常和子宫内膜异位症在位内膜上皮细胞及基质细胞中的表达;MTT法观察不同浓度IL-17A对正常和子宫内膜异位症在位上皮和基质细胞增殖的影响。结果正常和子宫内膜异位症在位上皮细胞和基质细胞均表达IL-17A;但IL-17A对正常子宫内膜细胞增殖无影响;250μg/ml IL-17A对子宫内膜异位症在位内膜细胞增殖影响显著(P<0.05)。结论250μg/ml IL-17A能显著促进子宫内膜异位症在位内膜细胞的增殖,为进一步证实IL-17A可能在子宫内膜异位症的发生作用提供实验基础。

To investigate the effects of interleukin-17 A on proliferation of endometriosis eutopic endometrial cells,human endometrial epithelial cells(EECs)and stromal cells(ESCs)from healthy women and endometriosis patients were isolated and cultured in vitro.IL-17 A receptors level was detected by immunochemistry;MTT were performed to explore the role of IL-17 A in EECs and ESCs proliferation.Data showed that IL-17 A receptors were expressed in both EECs and ESCs from normal endometrial tissue and eutopic endometrial tissue from patients with endometriosis.IL-17 A demonstrated no effects on the proliferation of normal endometrial cells(P>0.05),but significant promoting effects on the proliferation of endometriosis eutopic endometrial cells at 250μg/ml(P<0.05).In conclusion,IL-17 A can promote the proliferation of endometriosis patients’eutopic endometrial cells and may be involved in the development of endometriosis.
