摘要
为改善临床护理工作需要,满足急诊科护士的能力发展需求,我院急诊科构建了基于学习型组织理论的急诊科护士岗位培训体系,通过初步实施的全员培训、全程管理和团队学习等措施,提高了护士的理论水平,稳定了操作技能水平。护士对培训的总体满意度为94.39%,护理不良事件发生例数减少。
In order to improve the quality of clinical nursing work,and meet the needs of the competency development of nurses in the emergency department,we established on-the-job training system for nurses in emergency department based on organizational learning theory.Through the implementation of full-staff training,whole-process management and team learning measures,the theoretical level of nurses at all levels had been improved(P<0.05)and the operational skills had been stabilized.The overall satisfaction of nurses to training was 94.39%,and the number of nursing adverse events decreased.
