摘要
目的:探索ADDIE模型在提升神经科护士专科护理能力中的应用效果。方法:组建神经科专科护理培训师资团队,按ADDIE模型的5个阶段,在对上海市17所医院神经科护士调查分析的基础上,开发设计专科护理培训方案,针对2018年规范化培训结束定科于某三级甲等医院神经科的106名护士开展以知识、技能、态度为主的神经科专科培训教学;2017年定科于该院神经科的66名护士为对照组,采用传统的专科培训方式。在培训结束后对比该院2017年对照组和2018年观察组神经科护士专科护理能力,进行教学效果评价。结果:培训后,观察组护士理论知识、操作技能、专科能力评分均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。神经科护士对于基于ADDIE模型的专科培训总体教学满意度为89.6%,接受度高。结论:基于ADDIE模型的专科护理培训可提高神经科护士的专科能力。
Objective:To explore the application effects of ADDIE model in improving the nursing ability of neuroscience nurses.Methods:Based on the five stages of ADDIE model,a specialized nursing training program was developed by a team of specialized clinical nursing teachers.Totally 106 new nurses in the Department of Neurology at 2018 were assigned to the experiment group,and accepted the specialized training program.The 66 new nurses in Department of Neurology at 2017 were assigned to the control group and accepted normal training program.The training effects were analyzed at the end of the training programs.Results:The experimental group had higher scores than the control group in the theoretical knowledge,operation skills and specialty ability(P<0.05 respectively).The teaching satisfaction of experiment group was 89.6%.Conclusion:The specialized nursing training program based on ADDIE model can improve the nursing ability of neuroscience nurses.
