减重代谢术后患者营养管理的证据总结

The evidence for nutrition management of patients after bariatric surgery

目的:整合和评价减重代谢术后患者营养管理的证据。方法:计算机检索BMJ最佳临床实践、UpToDate、Cochrane图书馆、JBI图书馆、中国知网、万方数据库等数据库内有关减重代谢术后患者营养管理的指南、专家共识等证据。采用AGREEⅡ和澳大利亚JBI循证卫生保健中心的文献评价标准进行方法学质量评价,再通过专家会议进行证据审校和级别推荐。结果:最终纳入16篇文献,从阶段饮食原则、进食习惯、营养素摄入、营养支持、随访及健康教育、营养监测6个方面总结24条证据。结论:减重代谢术后患者营养管理的证据较为丰富,有利于护理人员开展营养管理并科学地制定临床决策,从而提高患者的减重效果及生活质量。

Objective:To integrate and evaluate the best evidence for nutrition management of patients after bariatric surgery.Methods:A search for evidence on the guidelines and expert consensus in databases such as BMJ Best Practice,UpToDate,Cochrane Library,JBI Library,CNKI and WanFang Data.The Appraisal Guidelines for Research and Evaluation(AGREE II)and the literature evaluation standards of the Joanna Briggs Institute were used to evaluate the quality of included studies.Then the evidence review and grade recommendation were carried out through the expert meeting.Results:A total of 16 articles were finally included,and 24 pieces of evidence were summarized from 6 aspects of phased diet,eating habits,nutrient intake,nutrition support,follow-up and health education,and nutrition monitoring.Conclusion:There are abundant evidence of nutrition management of patients after bariatric surgery,which is conducive to nursing staff to carry out nutrition management and make clinical decisions scientifically.It could also provide more scientific and comprehensive nutrition management for patients after bariatric surgery and improve their weight loss outcome and quality of life.
