RESTRICTION AND BREAKTHROUGH,INTENSIFICATION AND COMPATIBILITY:PRACTICING AND THINKING ON THE DESIGN OF SUPER-HIGH HIGH-RISE OFFICE BUILDING IN SHENZHEN

本文结合已有的设计实践,探讨在制约条件下超高层办公建筑设计中寻求突破与创新的方法。本文主张理性的思考与设计,寻求经济合理、绿色低碳的可持续方式去解决超高层建筑设计中存在的问题,强调互联共享,复合多元、集约高效,绿色低碳、产城融合,希望对超高层办公建筑设计方法提供一些方向和策略。

Based on the completed practices,this paper discusses the methods of seeking breakthrough and in-novation in the design restriction of super high-rise office buildings.It advocates rational thinking and design,seek-ing economic,reasonable,green and low-carb on sustainable means to solve the problems existing in the design of super high-rise buildings.It emphasizes interconn ection and sharing,compound and diversity,intensive and urban integration.And wish to provide some directions and strategies for the design methods of super high-rise office buildings.
