始于城市地标,终于融入都市——大连国贸中心大厦设计

FROM AN URBAN LANDMARK TO AN INTEGRAL PART OF THE METROPOLIS:DESIGN OF DALIAN WORLD TRADE CENTER

大连国贸中心大厦这一近370 m的超高层建筑被委托本土建筑师进行设计,兴许是机缘的巧合。项目随着时代及岁月的激荡,从2002年设计起始,至2012年易主被重新启动设计——十年间,其设计观念、城市交通、管理决策、技术进步等多重因素的变化,导致建筑师需重新思考设计切入点,直面设计理念、技术决策的选择,以设计为依托,让超高层建筑融入都市的实践过程值得分享与总结。

It might be a coincidental opportunity to commission a local architect of Dalian to design a skyscraper of nearly 370 meters.This project,starting from 2002,had its new proprietor in 2012,thus initiating a new design.Because of changes in design concepts,traffics,management strategies,advancements in technologies,and so many other factors,the architect reconsidered the points into which the design was carried out,confronted choices of design concepts and technologies,and made the high-rise architecture integrate well into the whole city based upon design.It is worth sharing and concluding this process of practice.
