因新增障碍物而引起的机场进近标准调整或改变,对机场起飞和进近着陆运行限制影响巨大,通常需要发布相关航行通告。本文以北海机场新增障碍物引起的进近标准调整以及相关航行通告发布为例,探讨并总结了此类航行通告处理的基本规律和注意事项,为今后相关航行通告处理提供了有益的思路,具有典型的参考意义。

The adjustment or change of the airport approach standard caused by new obstacles has a huge impact on the airport take-off and landing approach limit,and often the relevant NOTAM publishing is needed.Taking the adjustment of the approach standard caused by the new obstacles in Beihai Airport and the issuance of related NOTAM as an example,this paper discusses and summarizes the basic rules and matters needing attention in the processing of this kind of navigation notices,which provides useful ideas for the processing of relevant NOTAM in the future and has typical reference significance.
