摘要
目前大多数航空维修单位依旧采取传统的经验式管理模式处理维修过程中发生的违章等行为,属于事后管理,所以维修差错和不安全事件仍有发生。这种被动式安全管理,往往导致重复性问题反复发生,安全质量水平一直处于比较低的状态。本文主要阐述建立风险数据模型确定重复性问题管控标准,降低维修现场的安全隐患,提升安全质量管理水平。
At present most of the aviation maintenance unit still adopts the traditional empirical formula in the process of processing maintenance management mode of behavior,such as illegal belongs to management,so the maintenance errors and unsafe events still occur.This passive safety management,often lead to repetitive problems occur repeatedly,safety quality level has been in a low state.,the purpose of this article is to establish a risk control standard data model to determine repeatability problem,reduce the maintenance site safety,enhance the level of safety and quality management.
