摘要
以4-丁氧基苯甲醛、邻菲啰啉双酮和三氯化钌水合物为原料,设计合成了一种新型的邻菲啰啉钌配合物(LRu),运用^(1)H NMR、^(13)C NMR、质谱和红外光谱对LRu的结构进行了表征。结合理论计算系统研究了配合物LRu的线性光学性质,以及聚集诱导荧光增强性质。研究表明,配合物LRu表现出明显的聚集诱导荧光增强性质,当含水量达到80%时,LRu的荧光强度最强。细胞测试实验表明配合物LRu具有较低的生物毒性和好的光稳定性,可靶向在活细胞的细胞膜部位。
A novel Ru(Ⅱ)complex(LRu)based on phenanthroline derivative was designed and synthesized from 4-butoxylbenzaldehyde,1,10-phenanthroline-5,6-dione and RuCl_(3)·x H_(2)O.The structure of LRu was fully characterized by ^(1)H NMR,^(13)C NMR,MS and IR.The linear optical properties and aggregation-induced emission(AIE)properties of complex LRu was investigated combined with theoretical calculation.The results demonstrated that complex LRu exhibited obvious AIE property.Moreover,the fluorescence intensity of LRu reached the maximum when the water fraction increased to 80%.Cell imaging experiments indicated that complex LRu possessed low biotoxicity and good photostability,which exhibited a strong fluorescence in the cell membrane region in living cells.
