摘要
本文采用微波灰化技术处理乳及乳制品试样,利用微波等离子体发射光谱法(MP-OES)测定乳及乳制品中K、Ca、Na、Mg、Fe、Zn、Mn、Cu、Ba、Cr、P 11种矿物质元素。实验对样品前处理条件和仪器工作参数进行了优化。结果表明,K、Ca、Na、Mg、Fe、Zn元素的线性范围为0.2~3.0μg/mL,Mn、Cu、Ba、Cr元素的线性范围为0.01~0.08μg/mL,P的线性范围为10~60μg/mL,11种元素的线性相关系数大于0.9995,检出限在0.01~1.5 mg/kg之间,平均回收率在91.80%~110.1%之间,相对标准偏差(RSD)为0.62%~5.3%。该方法快速、准确、操作简便,采用氮气作为载气,有效降低了运行成本。
A method for determination of eleven mineral elements of K,Ca,Na,Mg,Fe,Zn,Mn,Cu,Ba,Cr and P in milk and dairy products was developed by microwave plasma optical emission spectrometry(MP-OES).The samples were pretreated by microwave ashing,and the pretreatment conditions and instrument working parameters were optimized.The results showed that the linear ranges were 0.2-3.0μg/mL for K,Ca,Na,Mg,Fe and Zn,0.01-0.08μg/mL for Mn,Cu,Ba and Cr,10-60μg/mL for P,and the correlation coefficients of 11 elements were more than 0.9995.The detection limits were between 0.01-1.5 mg/kg,the spiked recoveries were in the range of 91.8%-110.1%,and the relative standard deviations were 0.62%-5.3%.The method is rapid,accurate,easy to operate,and low-cost by using nitrogen as the carrier gas.
