政党软权力视角下基层党组织组织力提升研究

从政党软权力的视角来研究基层党组织组织力,对于深入认识和把握新时代党的建设面临的新形势特点、更好地在基层党建工作中贯彻好提升组织力的要求具有独特的启示意义。基层党组织组织力的概念,目前还没有官方统一的标准定义。文章从政党软权力的视角出发,通过与基层党建工作的实践研究相结合,探索研究以政党软权力提升基层党组织组织力的路径。在中国特色社会主义进入新时代的大背景下,其关键点在于如何运用好意识形态的解释力与吸引力、作风形象的公信力与感召力、政治传播的渗透力与感染力来提升政治领导力、组织覆盖力、群众凝聚力、社会号召力、发展推动力、自我革新力。

Under the view of party soft power analysis of the organizational capability of the primary-level party organization will provide unique enlightenment significance for deeply understanding on new situation and characteristic of new-era party construction of CPC and preferably implement the point of improving the organizational capability.About the concept of the organizaional capability of the primary-level party organization,there still no official explaination.Under the view of party soft power and through the primary-level party organizational practise,this article will explore and research the route of improving the primary-level party organizational capability with the methods of the party soft power.Under the background of socialism with Chinese characteristics enters a new era,the keypoints of using party soft power are how to utilize the explaination and attraction ability of ideology,the credibility and appeal of style and the penetration and infection of political propaganda to improving political leadership,organizational coverage,mass cohesion,social appeal,drive of development and self revolution abilities.
