切削方式对硬质合金刀具轴向车铣钛合金试验分析

Experimental Analysis of Cutting Method on Titanium Alloy Machining by Axial Turn-milling with Cemented Carbide Tool

摘要 在MAZAK200Y车铣加工中心上,在顺铣和逆铣两种切削方式下、在干切削条件下、采用相同的切削参数,分别进行了轴向车铣外圆和内孔切削试验。分析对比了两种切削方式下硬质合金刀具的磨损形态、刀具寿命及其对表面质量影响。研究发现顺铣切削方式优于逆铣切削方式,更适合轴向车铣钛合金加工。 In MAZAK200Y turn-milling machining center,under the two cutting modes of up turn-milling and down turn-milling under the same condition of dry cutting and cutting parameters,axial turn-milling experiments were carried out on the cylinder and the inner hole respectively.The wear patterns,tool life and influence on surface quality of cemented carbide cutting tools under two cutting methods are analyzed and compared.It is found that down milling is better than up milling and more suitable for the axial turn-milling of titanium alloy.
