摘要
高速数字电路设计中的信号完整性分析对提升PCB设计性能具有重要意义,文中对高速传输电路进行建模,提出影响信号完整性的关键因素,分析信号串扰、反射和同步开关噪声等影响信号完整的关键问题,并提出相关的解决方法。通过信号完整性分析,可缩短电路设计周期,降低电路的设计成本。
The signal integrity analysis of high speed digital circuit design is of great significance to improve PCB design,modeling of the high-speed transmission circuit,puts forward the key factors influencing the signal integrity,analysis the signal crosstalk,reflection and simultaneously switching noise influence the key problems of signal integrity,and put forward relevant solutions.Through signal integrity analysis,circuit design cycle can be shortened and circuit design cost can be reduced.
