摘要
市场对于钢铁产品的需求量在不断提升,但是钢铁行业内部的竞争也异常激烈,只有不断提高生产效率和产品质量,降低生产成本,才能够确保轧钢企业在市场中的竞争力和经济效益。在轧钢生产中需要通过加热炉来进行加热,然而加热炉在工作中必须精准控制温度,这样才可以保证钢铁产品在锻造中的性质,满足锻造条件,否则温度控制不准确,就会出现过热、过烧、氧化脱碳不达标等问题,严重影响了轧钢产品的质量。因此为了进一步提高轧钢加热炉温度控制的精确度,文章分析和研究了加热炉温控中存在的问题和不足,并提出了相应的温度控制改进措施,以供参考。
The demand for steel products in the market is constantly improving,but the competition within the steel industry is also extremely fierce,only by constantly improving production efficiency and product quality,reducing production costs,can we ensure the competitiveness of steel rolling enterprises in the market and economic benefits.In steel rolling production need through the heating furnace for heating,heating furnace must accurately control temperature in a work,however,such ability can guarantee the properties of steel products in forging,forging condition,otherwise not accurate temperature control,will overheat,burnt,oxidation decarburization is not up to standard,the serious influence the quality of rolled steel products.Therefore,in order to improve the accuracy of temperature control of rolling reheating furnace,this paper analyzes and studies the problems and deficiencies existing in temperature control of reheating furnace,and puts forward the corresponding improvement measures of temperature control for reference.
