某电厂省煤器20G钢管泄漏原因分析

摘要 采用宏观检查、化学成分分析、硬度检测、金相分析等分析方法对某电厂省煤器20G钢管泄漏位置进行分析。试验结果表明:省煤器样管的化学成分、硬度、晶粒度符合GB/T 5310-2017对20G材料的规定。泄漏的原因为原材料管子在轧制过程中,内壁局部位置粘连氧化皮或异物,产生轧制缺陷,水压时在缺陷处泄漏。属于偶发的原材料缺陷。 Macroscopic inspection,chemical composition analysis,hardness testing and metallographic analysis methods were used to analyze the leakage location of 20G steel pipe of economizer in a power plant.The test results show that the chemical composition,hardness and grain size of the sample tube conform to the provisions of GB/T 5310-2017 for 20G material.The reason for the leakage is the raw material tube in the rolling process,the local location of the inner wall adhesion oxidation skin or foreign matter,resulting in rolling defects,and leakage at the defect during hydrostatic pressure.It is an incidental raw material defect.
