基于网络药理学的智能化查询平台的研究

Research on Intelligent Query Platform Based on Network Pharmacology

为了解决传统网络药理学对疾病和药物靶点的分析步骤过多,而且又不能很好地把这些步骤串联起来,需要工作人员频繁的操作,存在工作效率低、开销大、浪费时间等问题,由此设计了一款新的网络药理学智能化查询分析系统。本系统以网络药理学和中医药为理论依据,以计算机网络为技术支撑,基于Python编程语言、Django框架进行开发,采用Python爬虫技术来爬取具有权威药物和疾病的数据库中的数据,采用perl、R脚本对查询的数据进行分析。

In order to solve the problem that traditional network pharmacology has too many steps to analyze diseases and drug target spots,and can’t connect these steps well,which requires frequent operation of staff,low efficiency,high cost and waste of time,so as to design a new intelligent query and analysis system of network pharmacology.The system is based on network pharmacology and traditional Chinese medicine,computer network as technical support,based on Python programming language,Django framework for development,using Python crawler technology to crawl the data in the database of authoritative drugs and diseases,using perl,R script to analyze the query data.
