摘要 针对轨道交通内各专业蓄电池存在数量多、分布广的情况,且蓄电池长期浮充运行后出现负极板硫酸化、正极板腐蚀、热失控等现象,通过设置蓄电池在线监测系统,实现对电池组压、单节电压、内阻、温度、SOC、SOH等运行状态进行监控,系统设置一个中心,与分散的站级在线监测系统进行通信,接收各站蓄电池运行状态,并通过专门的界面显示收集的状态信息与报警信息,希望对行业内蓄电池集中管理有所借鉴。 In view of the large number and wide distribution of various professional batteries in rail transit,and the phenomena of sulfuric acid of negative plate,corrosion of positive plate and heat out of control after long-term floating charging operation of the battery,the online monitoring system of battery is set to monitor the operation status of battery pack pressure,single voltage,internal resistance,temperature,SOC,SOH,etc.The system sets up a center to communicate with the scattered station level online monitoring system,receives the running status of each station’s batteries,and displays the collected status information and alarm information through a special interface,hoping to provide reference for the centralized management of battery in the industry.
