摘要 随着无源光网络技术的不断发展,该技术在校园网络场景的应用日趋成熟。EPON和GPON技术在现代智慧校园网网络搭建中得到了广泛的应用,各有优劣。从技术路线的发展由来,对比技术特征,以及使用成本等几个方面,对两种技术进行了充分对比分析,对新建校园网络中EPON和GPON技术的选择问题进行深入探讨。就现阶段来看,考虑后期升级成本和技术路线的平滑演进,在新建校园网中使用GPON技术略有优势。 With the continuous development of passive optical network technology,the application of this technology in campus network scene is becoming more and more mature.EPON and GPON technology have been widely used in the construction of modern smart campus network,and each has its own advantages and disadvantages.This paper makes a full comparative analysis of the two technologies from the aspects of the origin of the development of the technical route,the comparison of the technical characteristics and the use cost,and probes into the selection of EPON and GPON technologies in the new campus network.At the present stage,considering the post upgrade cost and the smooth evolution of the technical route,the use of GPON technology in the new campus network has a slight advantage.
