众包模式下的高校信息化全链路预警方案

摘要 近几年,各大高校信息化建设在众包的交付模式下,第三方供应商交付质量参差不齐且系统过于繁多导致系统频出各类故障的问题,该文提出了一种适用于众包模式下的全链路预警方案。先通过服务器端静态代码注入和客户端SDK的方式收集和上报监控采样数据,然后通过Flink和Kafka处理数据流转环节,对采集数据进行清洗、聚合等加工工作,对于少量秒级监控指标则采用Job和Redis方式处理并存储。最后通过监控平台和报警系统,将发现的系统问题及时展示或发送给技术人员。 In recent years,for informatization construction of all kinds of universities in crowdsourcing delivery mode,the delivery quality of the third-party suppliers is uneven and the owned systems are too many,which result in the problem that all kinds of faults occur frequently in systems.In view of this,a full link early warning scheme for crowdsourcing mode is proposed.First,the monitoring sampling data is collected and reported by static code injection on the server side and SDK on the client side.Then,the data flow link is processed by Flink and Kafka to clean and aggregate the collected data.Job and Redis methods are used to process and store a small amount of second level monitoring indicators.Finally,with the help of the monitoring platform and alarm system,the system problems founded are showed and sent to technical personnel immediately.
