摘要 为了客观准确地进行房屋安全性评价,考虑到房屋结构的复杂性和评价指标的不确定性,提出基于区间层次分析法和熵权法的建筑安全模糊综合评价方法。首先,将建筑结构划分为6个相对独立的部分,在此基础上建立影响每部分安全性的评价指标。其次,采用区间层次分析法和熵权法通过耦合赋权的方式计算综合权重,根据评判标准建立两种类型的隶属函数,并对各因素进行模糊评价,运用多级模糊评价原理构建房屋安全评估模型。最后,对工程实例进行安全评估,结果表明:基于房屋安全评估模型提出的评价方法能较为全面真实地反映房屋的安全状态,同时为房屋的修缮工作提供科学性依据。 Considering the complexity of buildings structure and the uncertainties of safety assessment indicators,a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method for buildings safety based on interval analytic hierarchy process and entropy weight analysis was proposed to evaluate the security status of the buildings more accurately.Firstly,the buildings structure was divided into six relatively independent parts,and on this basis,the evaluation indexes affecting the safety of each parts were established.Afterwards,the interval analytic hierarchy process and the entropy weight method were used to calculate the comprehensive weight by means of coupled weighting,according to the evaluation criteria,two types of membership functions were established to carry out fuzzy evaluation on each factor.Secondly,according to the principle of multi-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation,the safety evaluation model of building structure was established.Finally,the safety of engineering example were evaluated.According to the results,the evaluation method based on the buildings safety evaluation model can reflect the actual security status of the buildings,which can provide scientific basis for the renovation of the buildings.
