盐酸拉贝洛尔联合硫酸镁治疗重度子痫前期的临床效果 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨盐酸拉贝洛尔联合硫酸镁治疗重度子痫前期的临床效果。方法按随机数字表法将96例重度子痫前期患者分为2组:对照组48例给予硫酸镁注射液治疗,观察组48例在对照组治疗基础上加用盐酸拉贝洛尔注射液治疗,比较2组临床疗效、治疗前后血流动力学指标[全血还原黏度、血浆黏度(PV)、红细胞压积(Hct)、纤维蛋白原]、抗氧化能力[血清超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-px)、丙二醛(MDA)]、胎盘相关血清指标[生成素(survivin)、X连锁凋亡抑制蛋白(XIAP)、胱氨酸蛋白酶-3(caspase-3)、胱氨酸蛋白酶-7(caspase-7)]及不良反应情况。结果与对照组比较,观察组治疗总有效率显著提高,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.3519,P<0.05);与治疗前比较,2组治疗后全血还原黏度、PV、Hct、纤维蛋白原均显著降低,且观察组降低更为明显,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05);与治疗前比较,2组治疗后血清SOD、GSH-px水平显著提高,MDA水平显著降低,且观察组上述各指标变化更为明显,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05);与治疗前比较,2组治疗后生成素、XIAP水平显著提高,caspase-3、caspase-7水平显著降低,且观察组上述各指标变化更为明显,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05);2组不良反应率比较,差异无统计学意义(χ^(2)=0.9241,P>0.05)。结论硫酸镁联合拉贝洛尔治疗重度子痫前期患者效果明显,对血流动力学指标、抗氧化能力及胎盘相关血清指标的改善有显著效果。 Objective To analyze the effects of labetalol hydrochloride combined with magnesium sulfate on severe preeclampsia.Methods A total of 96 patients with severe preeclampsia were randomly treated with magnesium sulfate injection alone(control group,n=48)or in combination with labetalol hydrochloride injection(observation group,n=48).Clinical efficacy,hemodynamic indexes[Whole blood reduced viscosity,plasma viscosity(PV),Hematocrit(H),fibrinogen],antioxidant capacity[Serum Superoxide dismutase(SOD),Glutathione Peroxidase(GSH-px),Malondialdehyde(MDA)],placenta-related serum indexes[survivin,x-linked Inhibitor of apoptosis(XIAP),cystine protease-3(caspase-3),cystine protease-7(caspase-7)]and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate was in observation group was higher than that in control group(χ^(2)=5.3519,P<0.05).After treatment,whole blood reductive viscosity,plasma viscosity,hematocrit,fibrinogen,MDA formation and caspase-3 and caspase-7 levels decreased but levels of SOD,GSH-px,survivin and XIAP increased in both groups(P<0.05).Compared with control group,these indexes were significantly improved in observation group(P<0.05).There was no obvious difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(χ^(2)=0.9241,P>0.05).Conclusion Magnesium sulfate combined with labetalol hydrochloride can significantly improve hemodynamic indexes,antioxidant capacity and placenta-related serum indexes in patients with severe preeclampsia.
