改良血管缝扎术在扁桃体切除术中的应用效果

Application of Modified Vascular Suture Technique in Tonsillectomy

目的探讨改良血管缝扎术在扁桃体切除术中的应用效果。方法选取2018年1—12月南昌大学第一附属医院收治的拟行扁桃体切除术患者150例,按随机数字表法分为2组:对照组75例,予以常规扁桃体切除术;观察组75例,予以改良血管结扎并扁桃体切除术。比较2组术中、术后扁桃体出血情况。结果与对照组比较,观察组术中出血率、术后中度以上出血率均显著降低,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论改良血管缝扎术在扁桃体切除术中的应用可有效改善扁桃体切除术中、术后出血,有利于患者术后康复。

Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of modified vascular suture ligation in tonsillectomy.Methods A total of 150 patients admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Nanchang University from January to December 2018 were randomly treated with routine tonsillectomy alone(control group,75 patients)or in combination with modified vascular suture ligation(observation group,75 patients).The incidences of intraoperative and postoperative tonsil bleeding were compared between the two groups.Results The incidences of both intraoperative and postoperative hemorrhage in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The modified vascular suture technique can effectively prevent bleeding during and after tonsillectomy and promote postoperative recovery.
