基于改良早期预警评分系统的护理干预对危急重症患者抢救效果及家属护理满意度的影响

Effect of Nursing Intervention Based on Modified Early Warning Score System on Rescue Efficacy in Critically Ill Patients and Nursing Satisfaction of Family Members

目的探讨基于改良早期预警评分(MEWS)系统的护理干预对危急重症患者抢救效果及家属护理满意度的影响。方法选取鹤壁市人民医院2018年1月至2020年1月收治的危急重症患者86例,按护理干预措施的不同分为2组:对照组43例,予以常规护理干预;观察组43例,在对照组护理干预基础上行基于改良早期预警评分系统的护理干预。比较2组抢救效果(院前急救反应时间、分诊评估时间、首次心电图采集时间、抢救时间、意外事件发生率)及家属护理满意度。结果与对照组比较,观察组院前急救反应时间、分诊评估时间、首次心电图采集时间、抢救时间均显著缩短,意外事件发生率显著降低,家属护理满意度显著升高,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论基于改良早期预警评分系统的护理干预能提高急诊内科抢救室医护人员急救工作效率,降低危急重症患者意外事件发生率,且家属护理满意度高。

Objective To investigate the impact of nursing intervention based on the modified early warning score(MEWS)system on rescue efficacy in critically ill patients and nursing satisfaction of family members.Methods A total of 86 critically ill patients admitted to Hebi People’s Hospital from January 2018 to January 2020 were divided into two groups,with 43 patients in each group.The control group received routine nursing intervention,while the observation group was given MEWS system-based nursing intervention.The rescue efficacies(pre-hospital emergency response time,triage evaluation time,first ECG collection time,rescue time,accident rate)and nursing satisfaction of family members were compared between the two groups.Results The pre-hospital emergency response time,triage evaluation time,first ECG collection time and rescue time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).In addition,compared with the control group,the accident rate decreased and the nursing satisfaction of family members increased in the observation group(P<0.05).Conclusion Nursing intervention based on the MEWS system can increase the efficiency of medical staff in the department of emergency,reduce the incidence of accidents in critically ill patients,and improve the satisfaction of family members with nursing care.
