公共图书馆文旅价值引领研究--以浙江省之江文化中心为例

Research on the Pacesetting Role of Public Libraries in Cultural and Tourist Value Creation:Taking Zhijiang Cultural Center as an Example

随着城市规划变迁以及人民群众物质文化生活需求方式的改变,“聚集式”“群落式”文化机构建设成为了新型城市公共空间的一种发展方向,但在公共文化群落的打造、功能和聚合效益的提高以及方向引领等方面的理论研究还较薄弱。文章采用文献检索法梳理相关资料,通过对国内外具有代表性的博物馆群落案例进行对比研究,归纳出案例的特点以及成功运作的关键点;引导出浙江省之江文化中心在构建过程中的独特之处和发展方向以及浙江图书馆在之江文化中心所处的特殊地位和作用;结合文旅融合、长三角一体化发展趋势以及浙江省之江文化中心的构建,为公共图书馆打破常规,在学术先导、城市形象、新型生活方式以及历史价值的方向示范作用中找到切入点;为打造公共图书馆的城市文化新名片提供思路。

Due to the changes in urban planning and people's material and cultural life demands,aggregated and community-based institutes are playing an increasingly important part in the development of urban public spaces.We,however,call for further theoretical research on the construction,functions,aggregated effects and the pacesetting role of public cultural communities.Based on previous studies,the paper compares representative museum clusters both at home and abroad to identify their characteristics and the key to success.The paper then introduces the distinctive features of Zhijiang Cultural Center and its development and the role of Zhejiang Library in the community construction.Based on the development of culture and tourism integration,Yangtze River Delta integration and the Zhijiang Cultural Center,the paper offers suggestions for public libraries to make innovation and serve as a role model for others to follow in terms of academic research,urban image building,lifestyle transformation and historical value identifying.The paper also provides a practical blueprint for public libraries to become a new calling card in the process of urban transformation and development.
