建党百年来中国民生事业的阶跃式发展及发生机理研究

以党的民生思想为逻辑起点,探究党领导民生建设的历史经验及发生机理,可以为新时代进一步优化民生政策、破解社会主要矛盾、满足民生需要提供理论依据和经验借鉴。百年来中国共产党坚持"以人民为中心",形成不断成熟和完善的民生思想。在这些民生思想的指引下,中国民生事业在一百年中实现了四个阶段的阶跃式发展,取得了辉煌的民生成就。这些成就背后体现的是党对民生问题内在规律和每个阶段历史格局的精准把握。新时代,中国民生事业已进入一个全新的历史阶段,这也对党的民生工作提出了新的更高要求,需要民生服务更加多样化和高质量、民生发展更加凸显公平正义、民生治理更加法治化和现代化。

Taking the party’s thoughts on people’s livelihood as a logical starting point,exploring the historical experience and mechanism of the party’s leadership in people’s livelihood construction can provide theoretical basis and experience for further optimizing people’s livelihood policies in the new era,solving major social contradictions,and meeting people’s livelihood needs. Over the past 100 years,the CPC has adhered to the consistent position of"putting the people first"and formed a mature and improved thought on people’s livelihood. Under the guidance of these thoughts,China has experienced three leaps and four stages,getting brilliant achievements,in the field of people’s livelihood during the past 100 years. These achievements are attributed to the CPC’s accurate understanding to the inherent laws and the historical pattern at each stage in governing people’s livelihood. Entering the new era,China’s people’s livelihood has entered a new historical stage. This also puts forward new and higher requirements for the party’s livelihood work. It is necessary to realize the diversification and high quality of people’s livelihood services,the development of people’s livelihood more highlights fairness and justice,and the rule of law and modernization of people’s livelihood governance.
