摘要
本文回顾了湖南省铁路征地拆迁工作模式历史沿革,分析了各征拆模式特点,就新形势下铁路项目征拆包干模式,进行了探讨。
The historical evolution of railway land expropriation and demolition work mode in Hunan province was reviewed in this article.The characteristics of different expropriation and demolition mode were analyzed.Package and dry mode of railway project expropriation and demolition under the new situation were discussed.
