长沙市工业用地利用现状、问题及对策

Current Situation,Problems and Measures of Industrial Land Use in Changsha,Hunan Province

本文在研究长沙市工业用地利用现状的基础上,发现长沙工业用地利用存在存量用地规模较大、投入产出水平与发达城市有差距、弹性供应市场接受度不高、工业用地管理机制不完善等问题,提出了有效盘活存量工业用地、提高工业用地节约集约利用水平、实行工业用地全过程监管机制、完善产业空间布局与用地保障等促进长沙市工业用地合理利用的对策建议。

On the basis of researching the current situation of industrial land use in Changsha,the problems existing in the utilization of industrial land were pointed out in this paper,such as the large stock land,the gap of input and output level compared with developed cities,the lower acceptance of flexible supply market,and the imperfect management mechanism of industrial land.Finally,some measures to promote industrial land use in Changsha were put forward,such as effectively revitalizing existing industrial land,raising the level of economical and intensive use of industrial land,implementing whole-process supervision mechanism for industrial land,and improving patial distribution of industries and the guarantee of land use.
