纳米蛹虫草活性肽靶向型微囊降血糖活性研究 被引量:1

摘要 为探究纳米蛹虫草活性肽靶向型微囊的降血糖活性,通过复相乳液法制得蛹虫草肽聚乳酸微囊,进行了蛹虫草肽聚乳酸微囊对小鼠降血糖指标的影响试验。结果表明,经STZ干预后,连续灌胃4W,模型对照组以及MCP组小鼠体重明显低于正常对照组(P<0.01),MCP中剂量组降血糖浓度效果最佳可达38.12%,与模型对照组比较,阳性对照组与MCP组小鼠的血糖水平和AUC均显著降低(P<0.05),除心/体比各组间无明显差异,其它脏/体比呈现显著性差异(P<0.05);考察TG、CHO、BUN指标影响,MCP各剂量组、阳性对照组均显现明显的下降现象(P<0.05),且中剂量组效果最佳。可见,纳米蛹虫草活性肽靶向型微囊对小鼠血糖调节具有明显的改善作用。 To explore the hypoglycemic activity of the nano Cordyceps militaris active peptide targeting microcapsules,the Cordyceps militaris peptide polylactic acid microcapsules were prepared by multiphase emulsion method,and the effect of the Cordyceps militaris peptide polylactic acid microcapsules on blood glucose lowering indexes of mice was tested.The results showed that after the intervention of STZ,the body weight of mice in the model control group and MCP group was significantly lower than that of the normal control group(P<0.01)after continuous intragastric gavage for 4W,and the MCP middle-dose group had the best blood glucose lowering effect by 38.12%,and compared with the model control group,the blood glucose level and AUC of the mice in the positive control group and the MCP group were significantly reduced(P<0.05).Except for the heart/body ratio,there was no significant difference between the groups,and the other organ/body ratios showed significant differences(P<0.05);as for the influence of TG,CHO and BUN indicators,the MCP dose groups and positive control group all showed significant decline(P<0.05),and the middle dose group had the best effect.It can be seen that the active peptide-targeted microcapsules of nano Cordyceps militaris have a significant improvement effect on blood glucose regulation in mice.
