主起落架作用下的机场土面区承载力分析 被引量:4

摘要 为研究机场土面区在主起落架作用下的承载力,根据规范制备以黏性土为主的填料。使用便携式落锤弯沉仪经实验得出填料在不同密实度下与动态弹性模量之间的关系,根据函数曲线关系及相关研究结果,建模计算当填料处于3种不同密实度时,B737-800飞机在滑行和着陆两个阶段冲出跑道时的作用结果。计算表明:随着填料密实度值的增加,土面区的承载力也在增加;当密实度不足87%时,填料在荷载作用下易出现剪切破坏,导致主起落架陷入土面区;当密实度达到87%时,荷载作用产生的竖向变形最小,承载能力最大,土面区可承担主起落架作用。 To study the bearing capacity of the unpaved area of the airport under the action of the main landing gear, the packing of clay soil was prepared according to the specifications. The relationship between dynamic elastic modulus and different compactness was obtained by using a portable drop weight bending instrument. According to the function curve relationship and related research results, the effects of packing on B737-800 when it overshot the runway during taxiing and landing at three different compactness were modeled and calculated. The calculation result shows that the bearing capacity of soil surface area increases with the increase of filling compactness. When the compactness is less than 87%, the shear failure of the filler under load is easy to cause the main landing gear to sink into the soil surface area. When the compactness reaches 87%, the vertical deformation generated by the load is the smallest and the bearing capacity is the largest, the main landing gear load can be borne by the unpaved area.
