摘要
为讨论高速交通对区域发展的影响机理,在分析影响因素的基础上,以山东省高速交通建设对17个市级区域经济的影响情况为研究对象,使用面板数据模型构建指标体系.结果表明:高速交通建设会对区域经济产生较大促进作用,其中高速公路拟合系数最高,对区域经济及劳动力就业影响较大;通过对比高速铁路修建前后经济数据变化,得出高速铁路的修建对区域发展不仅具有促进作用、还能吸引大量劳动力的结论.总体看,高速交通建设对山东省17个地市的区域发展有显著影响.最后,从宏观与微观两方面提出相关调控策略,为政府和区域优化二者关系提供参考.
In order to discuss the impact mechanism of high-speed transportation on regional development,based on the analysis of influencing factors,this paper presents the impact of Shandong Province's high-speed transportation construction on the economy of 17 municipalities as the research object,and proposes a panel data model to construct an index system.The result shows that:the construction of transportation has a great promotion effect on the regional economy,among which the expressway fitting coefficient is the highest,producing a greater impact on the regional economy and labor.By comparing the changes in economic data before and after the construction of high-speed railways,it is concluded that the construction of high-speed railways promotes regional development and requires labor forces.Overall,the construction of high-speed transportation has a significant impact on the regional development of 17 cities in Shandong Province.Finally,it proposes relevant control strategies from both the macro and micro aspects to provide a reference for the governmental and regional optimization.
