炭化温度对污泥炭吸附染料废水性能的影响 被引量:1

摘要 在300、350、400、450、500、550℃中对印染污泥进行炭化,制备的污泥炭用于吸附3种染料,结果表明:污泥炭对染料的吸附性能随着温度升高而上升,在达到450℃后趋于平缓甚至略有下降.进一步用450、500、550℃炭化的印染污泥炭和活性炭吸附染料,结果显示:3个温度炭化的污泥炭对染料的去除率不存在显著差异,且与活性炭在吸附饱和状态下的染料吸附率也差异不显著,去除率均大于90%;简易再生实验结果显示:污泥炭再生效率随炭化温度的升高有升高的趋势,且污泥炭再生效率高于活性炭.因此,印染污泥炭化替代活性炭进行染料废水的深度处理具有一定的可行性,450℃是一个可以考虑的炭化温度. The printing and dyeing sludge charcoal in 300,350,400,450,500 and 550℃were prepared for three kinds of dye adsorption,the results showed that the adsorption capacity of sludge charcoal to dye increased with the temperature,and then became flat or even slightly decreased after reaching 450℃.Further dye adsorption performance of dyeing sludge carbon at 450,500,550℃with activated carbon was compared,the results showed that there was no significant difference in the dye removal rate between the three temperatures sludge carbon and activated carbon in the adsorption saturation state,dye removal rate is more than 90%.The simple regeneration experiment showed that the regeneration efficiency of sludge carbon increased with the increase of carbonization temperature,and the regeneration efficiency of sludge carbon was higher than activated carbon.It is feasible to replace activated carbon with carbonization of printing and dyeing sludge for deep treatment of dye wastewater,450℃is a temperature to consider for carbonization.
