摘要 从培养基、pH、装液量、接种量、温度和摇床转速等培养条件进行优化,探究不同发酵条件对生长速率和土壤解磷细菌CoPDB4解磷能力的影响.结果表明,培养基NBRIY的pH为7.5、装液量30%(体积分数)、接种量10%、温度30℃和摇床转速180 r/min条件下,解磷细菌CoPDB4的生长量最大;且在NBRIY液体培养基中,pH为7.0,装液量20%(体积分数),接种量7%,温度30℃,摇床转速160 r/min下具有最强的解磷能力. The article aims to explore the effects of different fermentation conditions on growth rate and the phosphate solubilizing ability of the phosphate solubilizing bacteria CoPDB4 isolated from the rhizosphere soil of Camellia oleifera. The growing conditions were optimized basing on culture medium, including pH value, liquid volume, inoculum volume, temperature and shaking speed. The results showed that the growth rate of CoPDB4 was the highest when the pH of the medium NBRIY was 7.5, the liquid volume was 75 mL in the flask of 250 mL, and the inoculation dosage accounted for 10% of the total medium, at the shaking speed of 180 r/min under 30 ℃;while the bacteria of CoPDB4 was found to have the strongest phosphate solubilization ability in the 50 mL NBRIY liquid medium comprises 7% fermentation mother liquor filling in the flask of 250 mL with pH 7.0 at the shaker speed of 160 r/min under the temperature of 30 ℃.
