摘要
拜耳法生产氧化铝过程中,有机物的积累是生产中非常突出的问题。该文综述了拜耳法生产氧化铝过程中有机物的来源、种类、对生产过程的影响。简单介绍了铝土矿焙烧法、离子交换法、分解母液焙烧法,详细介绍了结晶法、细种子洗涤-石灰苛化法,最后综合分析得出结晶法和细种子洗涤-石灰苛化法是目前较易实现工业化应用的方法。
In the alumina production flow by Bayer method,the accumulation of organics became an extreme prominent problem.The paper surveys the source,types and effects of the process in alumina production flow by Bayer method.It makes brief introductions of the roasting method of Bauxite,crossover method of ion and roasting method of decomposition mother liquor.It also described crystallization process,fine-seed cleaning-lime causticization method in detail.Finally,it concludes that the method of fine-seed cleaning-lime causticization method is relatively easy to implement in industrial application at present by comprehensive analysis.
