“互联网+”背景下机电类专业大学生双创培养模式探索与实践

Exploration and Practice of Innovative and Entrepreneurial Talents Training Mode for Mechanical and Electrical Majors

笔者以中国国际"互联网+"大学生创新创业大赛为背景,以机电类专业大学生为研究对象,从大学生就业、创业角度分析高校"双创"教育的现状,并基于此提出了围绕机电类大学生核心能力培养的"创新—项目—竞赛—创业"四位一体的创新创业人才培养模式。该模式在成都农业科技职业学院试点运营过程中,学生不仅在创业竞赛中取得较好成绩,还孵化出一家高新技术企业。同时,该校在创业实践、师资培训、师资队伍建设等方面也均取得了一定的成绩。这对于提高高校双创教育质量、提升大学生创业存活率有一定的参考价值。

Based on China’s international"Internet+"contest of college students’innovative undertaking as the background,with the mechanical and electrical engineering college students as the research object,from the perspectives of college students’employment,entrepreneurship double and the current situation of education in university,and based on this proposed around the college students’core competency in mechanical or electrical"innovation-projects-race-entrepreneurship"four one innovative entrepreneurial talent training mode.During the pilot operation of this mode in Chengdu Vocational College of Agricultural Science and Technology,students not only achieved good results in the entrepreneurship competition,but also incubated a high-tech enterprise.At the same time,the school has also made some achievements in entrepreneurship practice,teacher training,teacher team construction and so on.This has a certain reference value for improving the quality of mass entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities and improving the survival rate of college students’entrepreneurship.
