一种交流电动机综合实训装置的设计

Design of a comprehensive training device for AC motor

交流电动机的控制、检测与维护一直是职业院校电气自动化、机电一体化等专业学生必须掌握的基本且重要的技能之一,同时也是PLC应用技术、机电设备故障诊断与维修、变频器原理与应用等课程学习的知识和技能储备。笔者设计了一种便于教师实施理实一体化教学、学生可以反复训练的交流电动机综合实训装置,实践证明,该装置能满足教学和人才培养需要,教改效果明显。

AC motor control,detection and maintenance has always been a vocational college electrical automation,electromechanical integration and other major students must master one of the basic and important skills,but also PLC application technology,mechanical and electrical equipment fault diagnosis and maintenance,frequency converter principle and application of knowledge and skills to learn the course.This paper describes the design of a comprehensive training device for ac motor,which is convenient for teachers to implement the integrated teaching of theory and practice and students to train repeatedly,and introduces the functions and characteristics of the device,which can be applied to the electrical control course well.
