胶质纤维酸性蛋白在新疆哈萨克羔羊肠道内的分布研究

摘要 为了探究胶质纤维酸性蛋白(GFAP)在新疆哈萨克羔羊肠道中的分布表达,试验采用免疫组织化学SABC-DAB法对GFAP的表达进行了研究。结果显示,GFAP在羔羊肠道的黏膜上皮层以及黏膜固层中强表达,在固有肌层弱表达;在各个肠段均有阳性反应,且小肠段GFAP的OD值显著高于大肠段(P<0.05)。GFAP是肠神经胶质细胞的经典标记物,通过观察其阳性表达说明在哈萨克羔羊肠道中,肠胶质细胞主要活化于肠道的黏膜上皮层以及黏膜固有层。
