在现代社会经济建设中,工程建设是我国社会经济发展的主要动力,工程建设趋向于规模化、复杂化,工程管理中,借助合同管理,能够系统、全面地对双方的权利与义务进行约束,借助合同内容,对工程项目的开展进行督导和管控。在工程管理中,当事双方要想合作顺利开展,就必须对合同管理有所认识,积极研究工程管理与合同管理之间的关系,并对合同管理遇到的困难进行积极分析,针对性地提出合同管理的优化方法,从而提升合同管理的质量。
