无刷直流电机驱动系统传导电磁干扰分析及EMI滤波器的设计研究 被引量:1

摘要 无刷直流电机以运行效率高、调速性能好等优点在工业领域有很好的应用前景,然而伴随功率电路的高频化和集成化,电机驱动系统的传导电磁干扰也越发明显。本文利用电路等效法,分析了电机驱动系统差、共模干扰噪声传播路径,分别得到了其等效电路及参数。在此基础上,根据无刷电机调速控制原理,分析了负载变化对传导干扰噪声产生的影响。EMI滤波器作为抑制传导电磁干扰的主要手段,本文阐述了其研究现状和发展趋势,提出了差、共模滤波器解耦设计方法,对EMI滤波器设计具有较好的参考价值。 The advantages of Brushless DC motor,such as high operation efficiency and good speed regulation performance make it have a good application prospect in industrial field.However,with increase of the high frequency and integration of power circuit,the conducted electromagnetic interference of motor drive system become even more obvious.In this paper,the propagation path of differential and common mode interference noise in the motor drive system is analyzed by using circuit equivalent method,and the equivalent circuit and parameters are obtained respectively.Then,on this basis,according to the principle of speed control on brushless motor,the influence of load change on conducted noise is analyzed.And then,design of EMI filter to suppress conducted electromagnetic interference and the decoupling design method of differential and common mode filter are introduced.Meanwhile,its research status and development trend is put forward,which is of a good reference value for the EMI filter design.
