摘要
互联网改变了现代人的就医方式,也对医院管理提出了更高的要求。该文以安徽医科大学第一附属医院为例,总结分析其智慧门诊发展的现状与成就,认为智慧门诊改善了患者的医疗服务体验,提高了医护人员工作效率和医院服务品质等。同时指出智慧门诊存在的问题,并提出优化建议及展望,以期推进智慧门诊的进一步发展。
The Internet has changed the way of medical treatment for modern people,and its characteristics of the times also put forward higher requirements for the promotion of hospitals in the Internet era.This article takes the First Affiliated Hospital of Anhui Medical University as an example,analyzes its current development status of smart clinics,and summarizes its current situation and achievements.It is believed that smart clinic can improve the medical service experience of patients,and improve the work efficiency of medical staff and the quality of hospital service.it points out the existing problems,proposes constructive optimization suggestions,and promotes the further development of its smart clinics.
