为促进公立医院由粗放管理向精细化管理转型并进一步加强运营管理,构建一支复合型的运营管理队伍是当前值得探讨的重点。该文从复合型运营管理人才的内涵、复合型运营管理人才的培养、复合型运营管理团队建设三个方面阐述了推进医院向精细化管理转型的方式。

In order to promote the transformation of public hospital from extensive management to fine management and further strengthen the operation management,the construction of a compound operation management team is the focus of this paper.This paper expounds the ways to promote the hospital's transformation to fine management from three aspects:the connotation of compound operation management talents,the cultivation of compound operation management talents and the construction of compound operation management team.
