某地区近5年餐饮从业人员血糖结果分析

摘要 目的:了解餐饮从业人员血糖状况及其变化情况。方法:动态分析2015年-2019年某地区到某医院体检的餐饮从业人员血糖情况,对比分析不同年度餐饮从业人员空腹血糖水平、空腹血糖偏高(>6.10 mmol/L)人数、空腹血糖受损人数以及男女空腹血糖偏高、空腹血糖受损人数。结果:2015年-2019年,连续5年餐饮从业人员空腹血糖水平、空腹血糖偏高人数及空腹血糖受损人数均呈逐年上升趋势,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);且各年度男性空腹血糖偏高、空腹血糖受损人数均高于女性,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:餐饮从业人员空腹血糖偏高、空腹血糖受损情况男女间存在着显著差异,并且空腹血糖水平、空腹血糖偏高人数、空腹血糖受损人数呈逐年上升趋势,应重视对该行业人员进行定期血糖检测及血糖控制相关健康教育,以降低血糖异常率及糖尿病发病率。 Objective:To investigate the blood glucose status and changes of food and beverage practitioners in our hospital in a certain area in recent 5 years.Methods:dynamic analysis in 2015-2019 catering staff in a given area blood sugar,analysis of different annual restaurant workers,fasting blood glucose levels,higher fasting glucose(>6.10 mmlol/L)number,the number of impaired fasting glucose,and the number of male and female high fasting glucose,impaired fasting glucose.Results:From 2015 to 2019,the levels of fasting blood glucose,the number of people with high fasting blood glucose and the number of people with impaired fasting blood glucose in catering workers showed an increasing trend year by year,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The number of men with high fasting glucose and impaired fasting glucose was higher than that of women in each year,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusions:there were significant differences between men and women on the part of estaurant workers in high fasting glucose and impaired fasting glucose situation.The number of fasting glucose levels,the number of fasting blood sugar and impaired fasting glucose inspection have an upward trend in t.Attention should be paid to regular blood glucose and blood sugar and increasing number of impaired fasting glucose.Education should be made to reduce the incidence rate of abnormal blood glucose and diabetes mellitus.
