QCC在老年科护士药物外渗知识掌握中的应用分析

Application of QCC in geriatric nurses' knowledge of drug extravasation

目的:探讨案说护理持续质量改进方法在提高老年科护士药物外渗知识知晓率的效果。方法:2019年4月-2019年11月运用案说护理持续质量改进法,本科室全体护理人员均参加此活动,通过成立专项小组、主题选定、计划拟定、现状把握、设定目标、原因分析、制定对策、对策实施、标准化等多个步骤来提高护理人员药物外渗知识的掌握。活动结束后统计进步率和目标达成率,并对比分析方法实施前后本科室护理人员药物外渗知识知晓率。结果:实施前本科护理人员药物外渗知晓率(53.39%)低于实施后(90.05%),且差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);目标达成率为115.68%,进步率为68.66%。结论:案说护理持续质量改进方法可提高老年科护士药物外渗知识的掌握,更有力地保证了患者安全。

Objective:To evaluate the effect of case study continuous quality improvement in improving the knowledge rate of drug extravasation in geriatric nurses.Methods:In April 2019 to November 2019,using the case said the nursing method of continuous quality improvement,undergraduate course room all nursing staff to participate in this activity,through a special group,topic selection,planning,analysis of the causes,grasp the status quo,set goals,develop countermeasures,countermeasures for implementation,standardization,and other steps to improve nursing staff drug exosmosis mastery of knowledge.After the end of the activity,the improvement rate and target length rate were counted,and the awareness rate of drug exosmosis knowledge of nursing staff in the department before and after the implementation of the method was compared and analyzed.Results:The awareness rate of drug extravasation among undergraduate nursing staff before implementation(53.39%)was lower than that after implementation(90.05%),with statistical difference(P<0.05).The target achievement rate was 115.68%,and the progress rate was 68.66%.Conclusion:The nursing continuous quality improvement method can improve the knowledge of drug extravasation of geriatric nurses and ensure the safety of patients more effectively.
