房间隔膨胀瘤与心律失常的相关性研究

Correlation between atrial septal dilation tumor and arrhythmia

目的:探讨房间隔膨胀瘤与心律失常的相关性。方法:选取医院收治的92例房间隔膨胀瘤患者为观察对象,心律失常者为计划组(31例),未伴有心律失常者为预设组(61例),采用多因素回归分析房间隔膨胀瘤与心律失常的相关性。结果:两组患者脑梗死发生率差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者组间左房内径、心律失常膨出度、心律失常基底直径指标差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:房间隔膨胀瘤与心律失常具有相关性,其影响因素包括左心房内径及心房颤动膨出度。

Objective:To explore the correlation between atrial septal dilation tumor and arrhythmia.Methods:92 patients with atrial septal dilation tumor in our hospital were selected as the observation objects,31 cases in the planning group and 61 cases in the preset group without arrhythmia.Results:The incidence of cerebral infarction in the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05);the indexes of left atrial diameter,arrhythmia expansion and arrhythmia basal diameter between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Atrial septal dilation tumor is associated with arrhythmia,and its influencing factors include left atrial diameter and atrial fibrillation bulge.
