精神分裂症患者实施阶段性护理的应用分析

Application analysis of staged nursing for patients with schizophrenia

目的:探究精神分裂症患者实施阶段性护理的实际护理效果。方法:选取某医院治疗的68例精神分裂症患者为研究对象,入院时以序贯法分组实验,分为对照组与观察组,各34例。对照组患者实施常规护理;观察组患者实施阶段性护理;比较两组患者的护理效果。结果:观察组患者护理后的PANSS评分、Barthel指数均明显低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者与其家属的护理满意度显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对精神分裂症患者予以阶段性护理的效果显著,既可改善患者的精神分裂症状和日常生活能力,还能提高患者及其家属对护理服务的满意度,值得临床推荐。

Objective:To explore the actual nursing effect of schizophrenia patients with phased nursing.Methods:A total of 68 patients with schizophrenia treated in a hospital were selected as the research objects.When they were admitted to the hospital,they were divided into a control group and an observation group,with 34 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing care;the observation group was given staged nursing care;the nursing effects of the two groups of patients were compared.Results:The PANSS score and Barthel index of the observation group after nursing were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05);the nursing satisfaction of patients and their families in the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of staged care for patients with schizophrenia is significant.It can not only improve the patients'schizophrenia symptoms and activities of daily living,but also increase the satisfaction of patients and their families with nursing services.It is worthy of clinical recommendation.
