老年尿毒症患者行血液透析诱导期护理的效果评价

Evaluation of the effect of nursing on the elderly uremic patients during the induction period of hemodialysis

目的:探讨老年尿毒症患者行血液透析诱导期护理的效果。方法:选取医院自2017年1月-2019年1月收治的行血液透析的73例老年尿毒症患者,应用数字随机法进行分组,对照组患者(37例)应用常规护理,观察组患者(36例)加强常规护理,行血液透析诱导期护理干预,比较两组患者不同护理方式的护理效果。结果:观察组患者并发症发生率为8.11%,低于对照组的27.78%(P<0.05)。观察组患者1年生存率高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组总满意度97.30%,高于对照组的77.783%(P<0.05)。结论:老年尿毒症患者行血液透析诱导期护理的效果显著,具有较高的临床价值。

Objective:To evaluate the effect of nursing in the induction period of hemodialysis in the elderly patients with uremia.Methods:73 elderly uremic patients who were treated with hemodialysis in hospital were divided into two groups by digital random method.The control group(n=37)were treated with routine nursing,the observation group(n=36)were treated with routine nursing,and the effect of different nursing methods was compared.Results:The complication rate of the observation group was 8.11%,and that of the control group was 25.00%.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The 1-year survival rate of the observation group that of the control group.The 1-year survival rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group which difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total satisfaction of the observation group was 97.30%,and that of the control group was 83.33%which difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of nursing in the induction period of hemodialysis in the elderly patients with uremia is significant and has high clinical value.
