教学门诊以学生为主体接诊患者,老师为指导者,采用督导式教学及考核制度,可促进学员主动学习及提高参与度,明显提高学员的临床思维及沟通能力。教学门诊可在规培化培训中推广开展,但在实践中仍有许多问题,需要不断学习完善。
