GnRHa在子宫内膜异位症术后的临床效果分析

Effect of GnRHa following surgery for endometriosis:A randomized clinical trial

目的:前瞻性探索子宫内膜异位症术后联合GnRHa治疗效果。方法:把80例腹痛型子宫内膜异位症患者随机分配为两组,实验组:腹腔镜术后加用GnRHa,对照组患者在腹腔镜术后使用避孕药。所有治疗完成后的第6、12、18个月进行随访。记录两组患者疼痛评分(VAS)、妊娠率和复发率。结果:术前两组患者痛经程度无差异。术后疼痛评分呈下降趋势。两组患者妊娠率无统计学差异。腹腔镜术后联合GnRHa有更低的复发率。结论:腹腔镜术后联合GnRHa对疼痛有明显的缓解作用,且能在改善预后的同时,无明显的不良反应。

Objective:To explore the effect of combined GnRHa treatment for endometriosis after surgery.Methods:The patients with abdominal pain-type endometriosis were randomly assigned to two groups,the experimental group:GnRHa after laparoscopic surgery,and the control group:contraceptives after laparoscopic surgery.Follow-ups were conducted at 6,12,and 18 months after all treatments were completed.The pain score(VAS),pregnancy rate and recurrence rate of the two groups were recorded.Results:There was no difference in the degree of dysmenorrhea between the two groups before surgery.The postoperative pain score showed a downward trend.There was no statistical difference in pregnancy rates between the two groups.Combined GnRHa after laparoscopic surgery has a lower recurrence rate.Conclusion:The combination of GnRHa after laparoscopic surgery can significantly relieve pain,and can improve the prognosis without obvious adverse reactions.
