宫腔镜子宫内膜电切术治疗功能失调性子宫出血的疗效分析

The analysis of the curative effect of hysteroscopic endometrial electrotomy in the treatment of dysfunctional uterine bleeding

目的:探讨宫腔镜子宫内膜电切术治疗功能失调性子宫出血的疗效。方法:选取70例功能失调性子宫出血患者,按照组间基本特征具有可比性的原则分为对照组(35例)与实验组(35例),对照组患者选择传统诊刮治疗,实验组患者则选择宫腔镜子宫内膜电切术治疗,对临床效果进行分析比较。结果:实验组患者治疗后1年的临床总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。对照组患者治疗后1年的E2水平明显低于治疗前、实验组(P<0.05),T、LH、FSH、P、PRL水平均明显高于治疗前、实验组(P<0.05);实验组患者治疗前、治疗后1年的各性激素指标比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。与治疗前相比,治疗后1年两组患者的Hb含量均显著升高(P<0.05);实验组患者的升高幅度更加显著(P<0.05)。实验组患者的不良反应发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:选择宫腔镜子宫内膜电切术对功能失调性子宫出血患者进行治疗能取得显著的临床疗效,而且能对其贫血状况进行改善,不良反应少,具有临床推广价值。

Objective:To analyze the efficacy of hysteroscopic endometrial resection in the treatment of dysfunctional uterine bleeding.Methods:70 patients with dysfunctional uterine bleeding were selected and divided into control group(35 cases)and experimental group(35 cases)according to the principle of comparability between groups.The control group was treated with traditional curettage,while the experimental group was treated with hysteroscopic endometrial resection.Results:the total effective rate of the experimental group which was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).One year after treatment,the E2 level of the control group was significantly lower than that before treatment and the experimental group(P<0.05),and the levels of T,LH,FSH,P and PRL were significantly higher than those before treatment and the experimental group(P<0.05);There was no significant difference in sex hormone indexes before and 1 year after treatment in the experimental group(P>0.05).Compared with before treatment,the Hb content of the two groups was significantly increased 1 year after treatment(P<0.05);And the increase of the experimental group was more significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group which was significantly lower than in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:hysteroscopic endometrial resection in the treatment of patients with dysfunctional uterine bleeding can achieve significant clinical efficacy,and can improve the anemia status,less adverse reactions,with clinical promotion value.
