心理痛苦温度计在肿瘤放疗患者中的应用

The application of psychological pain thermometer in patients with tumor radiotherapy

目的:通过心理痛苦温度计在肿瘤放疗患者中进行心理痛苦筛查的应用,了解肿瘤放疗患者心理痛苦的现状及其相关因素,并评价该量表对肿瘤放疗患者的心理干预效果。方法:选取肿瘤放疗患者438例作为对象,使用心理痛苦温度计及相关问题列表进行问卷筛查并给予心理干预,通过统计学描述分析显著心理痛苦的检出率,探讨显著心理痛苦的差异性。结果:肿瘤放疗患者心理痛苦得分≥4发生率为20.78%,主要问题量表集中在和躯体问题、情绪问题、实际问题。结论:心理痛苦温度计能及时发现肿瘤放疗患者心理痛苦的程度及原因,有利于采取进一步的症状护理和心理护理。

Objective:To understand the current situation and related factors of psychological distress in patients with cancer radiotherapy through the application of Psychological Distress Thermometer in cancer radiotherapy patients,and to evaluate the effect of psychological intervention of the scale on patients with tumor radiotherapy.Methods:438 cases of cancer patients with radiotherapy were selected as the objects.The psychological distress thermometer and related question list were used for questionnaire screening and psychological intervention.The detection rate of significant psychological pain was analyzed by statistical description,and the difference of significant psychological pain was discussed.Results:the incidence of mental pain score≥4 in patients with tumor radiotherapy was 20.78%,and that of patients with bone tumor score≥4 after intervention was 13.26%.The main problem scale focused on physical problems,emotional problems and practical problems.Conclusion:psychological pain thermometer can find out the degree and cause of psychological pain in patients with tumor radiotherapy in time,and helps to take further individualized psychological intervention,which can reduce the psychological pain of patients.
